FAQ What is the Dosho Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
Because it is our mission to create versatile home fitness equipment to get you in shape, Dosho Design, Inc. products are covered by an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty*. Damage caused by misuse or abuse, and normal wear and tear, is not covered.

(*Limited Warranty applies to normal wear and tear of Lift-Assist Powercords, which can be purchased separately from Dosho Design. And, we’ll know if you’re sticking to your workout program!)

FAQ What is your privacy policy?
Dosho Design does not sell customer lists to third parties. We may from time to time send new product announcements or special offers to our list of valued customers. Please send an email to a Customer Service Representative if you do not want to receive emails from Dosho Design or simply select to opt-out when you receive the first email.

FAQ Is your online credit card processing secure?
Our online credit card processing uses a secure SSL internet connection (HTTPS) for the exchange of all credit card information. We do not maintain a database of credit card numbers on our system for products that have been paid in full, so card numbers are not accessible by hackers. Once your purchase has been paid in full your credit card number no longer exists on our server.

FAQ What credit cards do you accept?
You may pay for your order with VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

FAQ Can I order Dosho Products over the phone?
We would be happy to take an order for any of our products over the phone. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 800-823-6273.

FAQ What if I don't have a credit card?
You may pay for your order with a check; simply call a Customer Service representative at 800-823-6273 for assistance. Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice via email that you can print and send in with your payment. Payments should be made payable to Dosho Design and mailed to the address on the invoice.

FAQ Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped within California will include sales tax. In Contra Costa and Alameda Counties the sales tax is 8.75%. Throughout the rest of California it is 7.25%.

FAQ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please email a Customer Service Representative or call 510-528-0400 for assistance.

FAQ How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground from our warehouse in Richmond, CA, within 3-5 business days of processing your order. A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

FAQ How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to product shipment. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 800-823-6273 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST to cancel your order.

FAQ What is your return policy?

If you’d like to return a Dosho Design product please call a Customer Service Representative at 800-823-6273 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please pack the product in its original packaging, be sure to include the RMA number and ship to: Dosho Design RMA, 3701 Collins Ave., Suite 7A, Richmond, CA, 94806. Refunds include the price of the product only; they do not include any shipping & handling charges. (Damage to a product during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.)

FAQ Do you have safety guidelines that will help me with my fitness program?
You should always consult with your physician prior to starting any new exercise program, especially if you are over age 35, have never exercised, are pregnant, have an injury or if you are currently under doctor's supervision for any reason. Every Dosho Design product includes an instructional product manual. Please read through the manual carefully before using the equipment. You should always stretch your major muscle groups before and after your exercise routine. If you experience any pain, discomfort, dizziness or shortness of breath while exercising, stop immediately and contact your physician.

FAQ Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
Dosho Design does sell equipment for resale. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 800-823-6273 for information between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST.
