  1. Open all weights on each 45 lb. Dosho Bell and remove center bar.
  2. Attach new cradle extensions to each end of the old cradle. Slide flat connecting bar under entire cradle and secure on each end by snapping into place.
  3. Add a new 12.5 lb. weight on each end and insert the new center bar.
  4. Close all weights around the new center bar.
